my Robomower moves very quickly in the v-shaped mode, and once I saw her come backwards at the wire at a very oblique angle and roll right across. she was far over before and with great momentum before the front wire sensor could catch the wire signal. then she continued down the hill by gravity before I grabbed her. it was comical, but I moved the wire away from that part of the hill.

She does occaisionally back up across the wire (I think she gets stuck then backs up too far in the wrong direction and finds herself outside), but she never gets more than a foot or two before she shuts down with an out of bound error.

I would have seen her unless she rolled a long ways away. I looked hard before I did the police report! Didn't want to them come by the house and find her in the bushes or something.
